How to Participate
Submit the interest form to be considered; accepted artists will receive instructions by email. Space is limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Spots are free and designed to make it easy to participate—no booth fee, no pressure, just a chance to share your work and connect with the community.
Artists will set up along the sidewalk in front of Hive Studio to display and sell their work. Each artist is responsible for:
-
Bringing their own table, tent, or display materials.
-
Handling their own sales.
-
Preparing for outdoor conditions (sun, wind, or rain).

Exhibitions typically run for 6–8 weeks.
-
Shows may be solo or shared, depending on space and curatorial fit.
-
Exhibitions are scheduled several months in advance. Please note any availability or scheduling limitations in your application.
Accepted artists will receive a Gallery Kit outlining key dates, delivery expectations, and promotional materials. While we do our best to review all applications, we may only contact artists whose work is under active consideration.

Hive Studio retains a 25% commission on all artwork sold during the exhibition.
Artists are responsible for setting their own prices and are encouraged to maintain consistency across all sales platforms.
All sales are processed through Hive Studio. Artists will receive payment within 30 days of the exhibition’s close.
