Orange Glitter Texture

Exhibit at the Stephens City Art Festival

Saturday, September 27, 12–5 PM

How to Participate

Submit the interest form to be considered; accepted artists will receive instructions by email. Space is limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Spots are free and designed to make it easy to participate—no booth fee, no pressure, just a chance to share your work and connect with the community.

Artists will set up along the sidewalk in front of Hive Studio to display and sell their work. Each artist is responsible for:

  • Bringing their own table, tent, or display materials.

  • Handling their own sales.

  • Preparing for outdoor conditions (sun, wind, or rain).

Accepted artists will receive a Gallery Kit outlining key dates, delivery expectations, and promotional materials. While we do our best to review all applications, we may only contact artists whose work is under active consideration.
